Our Story
The story of EFG Expertise began with a vision born from hands-on experience in some of West Africa’s most demanding logistics environments.
2007–2011
The future founder moved to Liberia, where he was recruited locally by a collateral management company.
Through rigorous training and practical service in technical and warehouse management roles across Liberia and Sierra Leone, he built deep expertise in marine operations and inventory control.
2011
EFG Expertise Liberia was founded and registered, together with a group of associates.
The company quickly gained recognition by serving as the exclusive surveyor for the largest rice importer in the country—successfully monitoring the discharge of over 50,000 metric tons of rice in 2012.
2012
EFG Expertise Sierra Leone Limited was registered.
Operations commenced in December 2015, starting with a cement vessel survey on behalf of Omega Marine.
