We conduct daily quantitative and qualitative control of goods received into warehouse storage and issue a corresponding daily warehouse receipt report.
Upon completion of discharge, we issue a final warehouse receipt and storage entry report.

We apply high-security seals (e.g., numbered bolt or cable seals) to vessel hatches, cargo holds, or tank lids following completion of loading or inspection.
We perform formal unsealing in the presence of authorized representatives, recording seal numbers and verifying integrity to prevent unauthorized access or tampering.
We supervise the stuffing of cocoa beans into freight containers in compliance with IMSBC or local phytosanitary and weight requirements.
We ensure accurate tare/gross weight recording, container sealing, and issuance of a stuffing certificate or report for shipment and trade finance purposes.
We carry out independent technical investigations or forensic surveys in the event of damage, theft, or other sinister (loss event).
We deliver a comprehensive survey report book containing evidence, findings, root cause analysis, and recommendations.
